I'll join here shortly but I don't really expect this to get anything accomplished. It is worth a try, however. The worst they can say is no, the best is yes.

Every time we mention [him] we do him a favor. He means nothing and should get no more free PR from us.

You guys, come on. Seriously.
Everyone was pissed about this. I was as much as anyone. But as others have said on other threads, it gets to a point where you're only feeding the fire by bringing attention to it. Let's move on. There's a game in 4 days and 125 young men who have been working their asses off to make us proud and revive the program we love are going to don the Maize and Blue, run through the tunnel, touch the banner, and take the field for battle, and they deserve every ounce of support we can give them!! Drawing attention to this matter over and over by feeding the Free Press trolls doesn't help things.
The more people join this group on Facebook, it shows up on all those people's friends' newsfeeds, potentially reaching many people who haven't clicked on the Free Press' website and making them curious. And since they have time to waste by being on facebook, guess what? They'll click over to Freep.com, and so this group is actually giving the Freep *many* more clicks that they otherwise wouldn't have gotten!!
Let's not fight against the Freep, let's instead support our team all the more.
Let's move on, let's go BLUE!!!

While I am passionate against all things Rosenberg as well, I've had enough. We've all said our say, the truth appears to have come out, it's in the past. Let's move forward. We have a game in four days-or three, depending on how you count your days- and it's time to get refocused on that.
See ya's on the next entry...
