Bowl Chronicles
The long bowl season begins in a few minutes. Wyoming and Fresno were actually pushing and shoving in pregame warmups. Who says there is no drama in the New Mexico Bowl.
For the weather shutins, use this as an Open Thread if you want to rap at all. The D3 title game is on somwhere as well.
Anyway, last season I did a Bowl Chronicle series in the diary section. I'm doing those this year at my own blog and there are two BC posts up for today's game. In case anyone remembered the series from last year and were wondering where they were this year.

I would kill to have us in the New Mexico Bowl right now... Or any other bowl for that matter.

there's no D-III breakdown considering it's going to be the best game of the day.

Well, all the negative aspects of FSU's ID--gives up long TD plays, loses fumbles--have come up in the first quarter. Down 7-0.
Not good for those of us with FSU -10.....Matthews heading into the lockerroom hurt sucks too. I will say I like their stable of backs. They should be able to run the ball well even without him. I like the Robbie Rouse kid. He had a big day vs cincy earlier in the year.

Wow. I can't believe Wyoming won. I personally felt like Fresno played better in the game, but Wyoming just kept getting lucky... Anyone share or disagree with this sentiment?
