Both M Lacrosse games this week to be broadcasted live

Submitted by Wolverine Devotee on

Michigan will play at jacksonville on Friday, 3/2 at 3:30pm at EverBank Field. It will be the first Michigan Lacrosse game in program history to be broadcasted live.

Michigan also takes on mercer at EverBank on Sunday, 3/4 at Noon which is a neutral site game, also at EverBank. That game will be broadcasted as well.

Broadcasting the games will be Laxx.Tv A FREE WEBSITE. Michigan has a great shot to win their first game in program history this weekend, hopefully they do and we can watch it live.

winnable for the maize and blue? I know last game was a game some thought we had a chance, then we jumped out early and faltered late.  Good expousure anyway. Nevermind just saw where you said we had a good shot to win my bad.

mercer is the most winnable on the schedule. This is their second(?) year as a program, and they are god-awful.

Michigan is not awful, they have talent that has won before. They have experience and it shows. If they started from scratch, they would not have scored 29 goals this season and would not have beaten an NCAA-level program in exhibition. mercer? Not so much.

Technically the MCLA games were broadcast live, and I think even back when I played we were broadcast live on BYU-TV.

I watched the UDM-Delaware game streamed online and it looked very good.

Hopefully we get our first D1 victory.  Mercer has a really good FOGO that might give us trouble, but I think the rest of the game should be to our advantage.  Jacksonville looked good enough to give Sienna a run for their money in the MAAC when they played Navy 2 weeks ago.  That one could be a tough matchup.

I think we're still a year away from beating Jacksonville, they seem just a little ahead of us, but anything's possible.

However, we need to beat Mercer.  They are the easiest team on our schedule by a long shot, and if we don't take that game, we might be looking at an 0-fer season.  Bellermine is beatable too, but they're still much better than Mercer.

They looked REALLY good against navy. Based on that we would be more than a couple years away in my opinion. They also looked much better than UDM, which is about how I think we will look next year. They had some young attack who were very creative and skilled. The type of players that make an offense dangerous.
