[Boston Terrible Things Open Thread]
Shots have been fired and at least 1 officer has died. There are 2 suspects. One is caught, the other is still at large, but police are expanding the perimeter.
The police and MSP are treating these suspects as the Boston marathon suspects. They are armed with grenades, home-made bombs, and assault weapons.

I'd be careful about trusting that guy. I don't know much, obviously, but people were accusing him of putting out false information before anything even happened tonight. He could be completely legitimate, but information is messy with situations like this.
I didn't know that. I've been following the police scanner too and he seems to match up pretty well. I'll definitely take that into consideration though.
Scanners are indicating that there is not a second suspect in custody at this time.

The world dumbest criminals... If I where a criminal the last place on the planet I'd be commiting a crime right now is Boston.
I do not understand what would compel someone to harm innocent lives. Fucking assholes. If you aren't happy with the world then take your own life, not others.
Code Black at a hospital
A hospital in my hometown used code black as a bomb threat . . . I know it varies from place to place though.
I'm fairly certain it's a bomb threat. It is apparently being evacuated at the moment.

From what I have heard, naked man has nothing to do with it. He just picked a horrible time to be running around naked in public.

He wasn't running around naked. The cops made him strip, fearing a bomb strapped to him. He turned out not to be the right guy.
