Blue Collar Shirts

Submitted by GoBlue519 on

I tuned in to Green and White days for as long as I could stand it last week which was about 5 minutes but I noticed that D'Antoni provided the team with green work shirts and was talking about having a blue collar attitude.  I wonder where he got that idea from......

That first 49er team that lost to Giants in the NFC championship game just bought into everything Coach put into place (but especially those blue collar shirts). From Alex Smith to Justin Smith to the entire offensive line to Patrick Willis and Novorro Bowman. They were an average at best team before him, that was a fumbled punt away from playing for the Super Bowl with him. That is the kind of motivator and coach Michigan has. With the right recruiting there is no way Michigan doesn't "compete" for championships as long as he is the coach. Just hoping they close the deal on one or two (or ten). Go Blue!

Fuck Dantonio and MSU. After that stupid ass "Those who have stayed..." bit yesterday, I'm done giving those assholes any credit. Fuck Dantonio, Fuck Sparty.

I think that the D-Antonio bits that he does when he pokes at us work to his advantange and to the mental advantage of his team, but that bit was a mistake on a number of levels.  First, he acknowledging a very Michigan slogan and kind of giving us an unintentional nod, and is also kind of advancing a "job well done" mentality.  In a way, it is a self preserving comment, focussed on what has been as opposed to what will be.  That is the first time that he has said something that could be interpreted as such, and if I were a State fan it would make me uneasy.

I really want to be at the game in East Lansing to witness the beatdown we're going to put on them.

Only other time I went to a game there was in 2007. Great win!
