More of IT"S HAPPENING. The sources for this are from the NFL side though, including two members of the 49ers staff.

Two members of the San Francisco 49ers staff and a third NFL source said Saturday they expect 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh to accept a six-year, $48 million contract to become the head coach of the University of Michigan.
"That's what everybody on staff believes is going to happen this week," one of the sources said. "Jim has figured out that his style is best-suited for the college game. His shtick works better with young guys who are gone after three or four years."

Also contains some interesting information about possible assistants.

In addition, he is expected to bring several coaches from the 49ers with him, including longtime assistants Reggie Davis and John Morton, according to sources.

D. J. Durkin (born January 15, 1978) is the interim head football coach and defensive coordinator of the Florida Gators football team. Durkin took over the interim position after the previous head coach, Will Muschamp, was fired prior to the Gators' 2014 bowl game. Durkin will be coaching the Michigan Wolverines defense in 2015.[1]

I work with a girl whose Mom works in the Michigan AD. She just sent me a message that it's happening. Not really going out on a limb now but it does make me feel a little bit better. Yeah I know, cool story bro.
