Big Chill Tix Not Received Yet - Should I Be Worried

Submitted by michigandadof4 on

I am a season hockey ticket holder.  I ordered Big Chill Tickets and they have not arrived yet.  Should I be worried?  Are there others who have not received their tickets yet?

The ticket office's party line is remain calm unless you have not received your tickets by November 18.

I was just wondering the same thing myself, and no more than 30 seconds after opening this thread, I get a text from my brother that our tickets came in today.  Crazy.  (P.S. He's in Detroit.)

Sort of a side topic: We had originally paid $25, so our thinking was that we'd get sideline seats because my brother is a football season ticket holder.  Well, he just informed me that our tickets are faced at $15 because they are technically endzone seats (section 19).  Guess we'll be placing a phone call to the athletic department about a $10 refund..?

Check the credit card they were paid with.  If you tried to order sideline seats, you should've gotten notification that they were all sold and a $10 refund would be automatically issued.

Does anybody know about student tickets? I was surprised that they weren't in our season ticket packages, but they told me that we would get them in a few weeks (this was early Oct.)

She is the hockey season tix holder.  (i've got the football tix)  Yes and told them that she did not want to sit next to any sparty sections. I am NOT looking forward to the posibility that I will need to pll my auntie out of a scrum; I had to do that with mysister at a hockey game once....

I live out of state and my tickets arrived a week ago.  My cousin lives in AA and just got his yesterday.  We both bought our tickets within an hour of each other.  No real idea why this happened.  One thing may be the size of the tickets - they are mailed in a larger size envelope, and that may have slowed the delivery down.
