Rooting for Saban and Meyer in one season. At one point hoping for a last minute assist from Franklin and agressive play from Ferentz at another.
M fanbase is gonna need a bunch of scalding hot showers with a bunch of extra strength soap after this season.

I have to DVR the UM game because I'm taking my Dad to the Fiesta Bowl (our annual tradition buy yeah I know I know). We will probably sit on our hands or double-fist beers just to drink ourselves into oblivion.

I won't actually be able to bring myself to actively root for anyone, but it seems like an Ohio State win provides better material. They already kicked our asses so them losing the Fiesta Bowl doesn't give us much for ammo. But if Notre Dame loses the fact that they haven't won a major bowl game since 1993 still holds true. It's not typically an Irish fan's favorite stat lol.

I can't say they'll have a whole lot more success stopping the run game, but I'm certain they're scoring way more than 13 pts.
But as was posted above - we gotta root FOR Saban, and B. Kelly, following rooting for Urbz vs sparty, and other sundry distasteful choices! Crazy! But - we're in a decent bowl, not playing an Ag school in a minor game for the 1st time in quite a while. So... Harbaugh!

I have to think that - in honor of the bowl's name - one team's band will take on the halftime task of forming the process by which camellia leaves are turned into tea. I suppose it could be interesting, potentially far more interesting than a game between Appalachian State and Ohio University, at least on paper.

At least both of the teams have winning record. A 10-2 Sun Belt team is more deserving of a bowl game than any team that can't even win half of their games.

But the Rose Bowl or the Cotton Bowl. Both of those games are going to be so physical, I might actually be slightly concerned about the players health.

almost 4 decades and not ONE time have Georgia and Michigan played..Youd think with all the Big-SEC bowl tie ins it would have happened at least ONCE...but No like you said the football Gods have deemed it not to be so.. These two schools and Ga Tech should play more in all sports..were just down the road on 75 and there are a lot of good recuits down here Michigan should come here more often in FB BB SB and others..Atlanta is a great place for college sports and great place to come for weekend

Midway through October, they're penciled in for the National Championship. A few weeks later and they're playing their semi-crosstown rival in a Dec. 19 game.
