We're close enough now that the forecast may actually be relevant.
Partly Cloudy witha high of 76.
Wear Maize and put on the suntan lotion.
My Save The Game T-shirt is blue.
The first game of the season it was a beautiful day and I still remember my roommate coming back to the dorm with a ridiculous tan-line on his forehead. He had worn a hat backwards for the whole game and had a huge line/ semi-circle on his forehead. So, make sure you put on sunscreen next weekend is the less learned from that.
Phew...and I thought I was the only one that ever happened to
Baking in the sun can rarely be avoided. As long as it's not 90 degrees though, I can live with it. Seeing fans pass out from the heat (like on opening games from past years) is when it gets scary.
Depending on which section of the stadium you're in (student one at least) I used to get all kinds of tan on the right side of my face, and nothing on the left. With the 3:30 game and the new boxes this should diminish for other section 27-ites... but yeah, it was pretty unavoidable
a forecast six days out is usually worthless, but I sure hope you're right. Add a slight breeze, a Michigan win, a fabulous tailgate and you have a perfect weekend.
The fact that Friday and Sunday are clear as well also gives me hope, though--the prediction for a particular day will change a lot, but I feel like it's often shifting which day the storm will arrive and Wednesday and Thursday are the only days in the 10-day forecast right now that have rain, so I think there's a good chance that Saturday stays clear.
But I will sit through a monsoon for a W.
I just got a set of camo to wear.
I am really hoping theres no rain, because I feel the biggest advantage we have over those damn huskies is general team speed..
I still am waiting for some type of response to the question "What exactly is UConns plan with regard to stopping DR"
I mean.. the dude can even be captured on film without blurring..
Not to mention, our passing game is pretty decent.
I'm gonna be rocking the new 2010 student t-shirt, probably the best design IMO since i've been a student.
Thanks for the info, I was thinking about this earlier today, I am not going to be very happy if it is 90, so you better be right.
75 degrees with some Thin Lizzy "Jailbreak" blasting on the loudspeakers and the Big House be rockin'
That was supposed to be the halftime show for the MSU game!
True, but it also works for U "con" U "con". Sometimes, oftentimes, my humor is horrible, so horrible it makes me smile.
dooms us to an afternoon of rain I'm coming after you.
