i've never had a fun experience in lansing for a football game. but maybe if i don't interact with my old high school buddies it will be better.

I'll be attending strictly for tailgating purposes again this year. Unfortunately, most of my friends are MSU fans, but we are all generally level headed about sports. I had a ton of fun last year even with the epic beat down. I could just be lucky, but I never really run into any major losers when I visit friends in EL. Hoping for more of the same this weekend, but also expecting an even more epic beat down.

that was when we lost late with tate as qb. had a beer bottle thrown at me while walking back to my car. had some beer/piss/unknown liquid dropped on me from a 3rd story. i went my senior year, don't really remember how we lost, but it was terrible and i was force-fed everclear and shit.

That's definitely not cool. The only thing bad that has happened to me was the night before the game last year I tripped while getting excited to reunite with my friends (had lost them for a while). The trip resulted in a major loss of skin on my nose. Needless to say, I got a lot of odd looks for the rest of the night.
