I feel like there should be rules about what can and cannot be said. For example those "O-H....." chants are not allowed.

Rooting for Ohio already feels wrong enough, no need to share a dance with the devil too.

A big ten title for us plus sparty being super pissed-off is more than enough for me to root for Ohio. The fact that I'm sure state wouldn't understand why we'd cheer for OSU to win makes it even better. Go Ohio, bring us a big ten title

So, ideally in any other circumstance we'd be rooting for the asteroid strike. It won't happen, but what if it for real did?  What would happen in terms of the standings?

State and Ohio will both need to find replacement players. With that said, I would really, really like our odds in the Big Ten Tournament.

And yes, I thought about this scenario for a while last night and did some research. Looks like 2012 DA14 won't get here soon enough (http://rt.com/news/paint-asteroid-earth-nasa-767/). Oh, one can only hope....

Bonus ball: Illinois St vs. Creighton

I'm kind of conflicted. An Illinois St. win shrinks the Bubble and makes it harder for Northwestern which I think should be the seventh Big Ten team into the Tourney.

Whatever. Beat State.

I'll always pull for the teams to win that benefit Michigan.

There is only one team I cheer and root for.

Michigan.

for MSU to lose in the most horrible, ugly and downright poorly played game of basketball anyone has ever witnessed. I don't want anybody coming away from this game feeling like a winner.

... except Michigan.

If you compare the way Ohio has been playing on the road vs how Sparty has been playing at home it seems pretty unlikely that the best outcome occurs. Either way I'm rooting for Michigan to win a B1G regular season championship. It's been too long!

Root for Ohio in a game like this. MSU would probably lose on purpose and cost themselves a chance at the B1G Ten title before helping us win one.

Can somebody clarify something for me?  Isn't it MSU lose and we get share of B1G title BUT three seed in tourny but if MSU win we finish second in both?

So basically it's trading a banner for the three seed? (so to speak)
