We need to have a good showing on Saturday. We have a 4-game gauntlet/bloodbath on our hands coming up, and we need a lot of momentum going into those games. It's possible to win all of them, but if you made me guess, we'll drop one of them.

I challenge you to find one single comment or post of mine on MGoBlog that shows I'm happy when Michigan loses. Go ahead and take a look, jackass.

Fans like you think that somebody who predicts Michigan may lose a game, or that we won't go undefeated and win the national championship every year is the same as somebody who wants Michigan to lose, but that's your problem, not mine.

John Beilein has done a fantastic job of putting together a truly elite-level program. You won't find Phil saying that. Brady Hoke was the right choice to replace RR, and I believe that the best is yet to come under Hoke. You won't find Phil saying that.

I am excited to see what the students at Assembly Hall come up with for the game. As much as I love the Maize Rage, the IU student section can really be something else sometimes, and you know they'll be rocking for this game.

One of my favorite memories from college was attending Toledo basketball games (I was there when Toledo basketball didn't suck). Savage Hall (now Arena) puts the students behind one of the nets, but RIGHT on the floor. I loved going to games in my cape, hanging out with the Blue Crew, and messing with the opposing players any chance we got. Had I had a chance to be involved with a more substantial fan base like IU's student section, I probably would've had an aneurysm.

I thought Horford was terrific last night, but given the calls we're likely to (not) get on the road, I think we'll really miss Morgan and the 5 more fouls he could soak up.

Can we at least make sure that TH Sr. is at the game? Jr. seems to play a lot better in front of his Dad.

The big question for IU is whether Yogi Ferrell can keep Burke from totally breaking down IU's defense. Oladipo probably can, but he's far better off defending on the wing and shooting passing lanes. More importantly, if IU has to put Oladipo on Burke, they have to either put Ferrell on THJ, which is a huge size mismatch, or go zone, which they haven't played well and seems a particularly bad option against Michigan's shooters.

Oladipo. They can't do that, though, can they? Because then they have 6' Yogi Ferrell on THJ and he can just rise up. Similar issues with Hulls on Stauskas, but I'm worried about that matchup on the other end as well.

Michigan playing as good as at any time this year.  Assembly Hall is going to be a tough environment  -  the crowd will be a factor, which really isn't the case for our home games.

It was dissapointing that the crowd last night wasn't tearing Crisler apart, especially with the start we had!  But M fans (in general) just don't get as geeked as what the team will see on Saturday night.

assuming Morgan can't play is the foul situation with Horford/McGary, especially since we haven't had a 50/50 call go our way in Assembly in probably 30 years.  Watching the IU/Purdue game, Zeller and Co. really attack the hoop with abandon and pick up fouls left and right.  Morgan is more disclipined about defending without fouling than either of those two.

Was pleasantly surprised at Horford's comfort at finishing on the offensive end-- seems much more natural on offense than McGary's finishes.

But holy hell, McGary on the boards, I drink to that.  Just wish he'd finish a little stronger so he's not getting blocked cleanly so often.

Really wish tip-off were earlier.  I'll be rigor mortis tense all day.  What a matchup.
