Be Safe, Be Loud & Be A Family

Submitted by Giff4484 on

I wanted to wish everyone a safe trip to A2 if you're traveling for the game. I'm leaving this evening from Philly.

I will be on MGOBLOG blackout as I will be with my future inlaws who frown upon Iphone use at their home until Sat morning. Actually at & t has no service there so no updates for me until I hit Youngstown.

For those of you coming to the game you know the stakes for us  and who is going to be in the crowd( HA HA, Dee etc) so lets give them the not wine & cheese welcome and get that place rocking.

For those of you who can't make it to the game  be loud as well let everyone know that Michigan is back and be proud to wear your gear everywhere even in OHIO. No matter what has happen the one thing that we all can agree on is we are family.

We have faced more crap in the past 3 years then any other fan base and we stood tall and now its time for our young team to grow up and start shutting people up by smashing them in the mouth.

The time for talk is over boys & girls , the time for us to sing the Victors is back!

I live I Alabama, work with a bunch of osu fans, and wear a Michigan hat and/or shirt most everyday. I smile when they get pissed off about it. Everyday's a good day to be a wolverine. Wear it proud, be loud, and know we got your back. To all those who are going to the game, I'm jealous, represent us well.

I'll be sitting in the UConn section (15, row 15) wearing my Maize and Blue and cheering about as loud as I can.  I hope there are other wolverines near me so we can high five over the UConn fans often!  After Michigan wins (by 10) I'll let the east coasters buy me a beer.

Wait, how has nobody commented on this whole "frowning" on iPhone use thing.  I understand that you don't want to offend your future in-laws (wait until after the wedding for that), but do you really want to miss out on Brian's game preview?

These sound like tough in-laws, and as an MGoBlog brother, I am concerned for you.

riding with his motorcycle club to New York this Friday, and because they'll be driving through Ohio, he had me paint the Michigan wings on his helmet.  Needless to say, he's ready for the season.

We are travelling back to Ann Arbor with 4 families with a total of 16 people.  For most it will be their first game ever.  Can't wait to park on the golf course and crack open an ice cold beer and play a few games of tailgate golf.  Go Blue!!!!

Headed to A2 from upstate NY!  Can't wait to see Brock lead the boys out to dominate the Huskies.  If you see a fan that's not getting loud politely ask them to step it up!!  We need this place rocking!!

My only request is that all of those in attendance support the team and coach during the game.  Nothing is more frustrating than hearing some moron scream "Fire RichRod!" the first time someone drops a pass, we have to punt, or the other team gets a first down.

We all have our opinions about how the team should look, what they should do, and what they should have done during a game.  However, let's make a strong impression on the visiting fans and potential recruits by supporting our team from start to finish, and remember that the game is about the players on the field...not your like/dislike for the coach.

Off my soapbox now...GO BLUE!
