I've had previous contact with Lewis but not with Griffin. I will attempt to track them both down for a reaction ASAP.

Do you feel his recruitment will blow up and we've gotten in relatively early on a rising candidate?  Or do you feel he might stick close to his 3-Star rating and maybe we could have waited longer to offer?

I'm guessing more will come out after you talk to him, but curious as to your thoughts.  I realize ratings aren't everything, but an offer on a relatively low 3-star intrigues me.

He may not be getting as much attention because of that. It says Clemson was a legacy offer. His father played for Danny Ford. There are some type of ties to Tennessee also. It shows everyone else including Michigan as medium interest although the offer may be too new for his profile to reflect interest..

Thanks for the update. It's appreciated as always.

Have they changed the way of offering recruits? It seems like they are blanketing positions where before it seemed like they targeted a few people at a position. I was wondering if this was a Nuss influence kicking in.

Any thoughts?

Any insight on the recent offers to DB's? These two now, and the Texas safety (name is escaping me)? With Kinnel and Crawford in the fold already and a probable small class, how many more DB's spots are there in this class?

Growing population, all year football, with lots of universities that can run summer camps, but not fully exploited by the ESS EE CEE and fairly close by.  Sounds like a great area for Michigan to try to carve out some space in.  I think the Jersey Virgina North Carolina stretch is as good a place to focus as any once they get away from Michigan/Ohio.
