Bball ticket packs: have you received yours yet?
Has anyone received their basketball ticket pack tickets yet? I know there is still a week+ until the first actual game (Slippery Rock on Nov. 9th -- which I'll be attending) but I'm starting to get a little anxious.
IIRC, the only option given was to have them mailed. If I don't have anything by next Monday I'm going to give the ticket office a call, at which point they'll probably tell me "they're in the mail" and I'll just have to keep waiting.
Either way I am super jacked to see the new and improved Crisler. The photos posted the other day on mgoblue look amazing.

I got season tickets in the student section. I was getting anxious as well so I called the ticket office and they told me that the tickets are on our MCards. They will just scan our MCards and seats are first come first serve there. If your not a student I'd call the ticket office and see what's up.

Exhibitions also start tommorow and those will be fun. I'd call in now because it won't hurt.

Do you know if they will send out an email with this information as well?

You can try calling the Athletic Department or Ticket Office, but I've never had much luck with them; even as an alumnus who is regularly "encouraged" to donate to the school, it seems like I'm calling the Indian service people you're connected to when you call about computer problems. I've tried multiple times to contact Mr. Brandon about my concerns with the program, but have ultimately resorted to sending letters. Most of these result in the typical carbon-copy answer from some poor intern, complete with spelling errors and the like. Moreover, I once contact some bureaucratic office regarding the schmucks who regularly had the seats near my own for football games. Instead of offering to actually correct the situation and move the rambunctious fools towards the student section, I was only offered worse seats for the next season. That type of nonsense resulted in a very sternly worded letter and a significant decrease in my contribution the following year.

we got ours a while ago. in fact, my dad mailed me a few tickets when he got them, and those came in saturday's mail. so they came quite some time ago.
we've gotten them to reissue tickets that weren't going to arrive in time because they got sent to the wrong address and had to be forwarded, but you need to get in touch with them sooner rather than later.

My sincere condolences on your loss. It always hurts to lose such a loyal and longtime close friend/family member, and that little fella looked like a great friend and U of M fan.

I'm glad I checked this thread again to see that. I assume some others might have also responded to it without my having seen their posts, so thanks also to anybody else who noticed and bothered to say something.
