Basketball Trivia for free tickets
I have 4 tickets in section 211 row 35 for tonight's basketball game against Howard. I can't use the tickets an insist that you use the tickets if you win. If you are not interested in the tickets, state in the subject that you don't want the tickets. With all that said here we go: the mgoblogger that correctly answers all three trivia questions gets the tickets:
1. Howard has many notable alums, one was the first African-American Supreme Court Justice and the other is a sportscaster born in Royal Oak, MI and notable for his work on Fox Sports.
2. John Beilein has coached 5 of the top 10 players in Michigan Basketball History in terms of 3pt FG's made in a career. With 27 triples this player would move into 4th place all time, and become the player with the most career 3pt FG's under John Beilein. Who is this player?
3. How many 1000 point scorers has Michigan Basketball had in their long history? How many have been coached by Beilein?
I will identify the winner and get their email then.
Go Blue! And if you can get out and see the basketball team! I won't go as far as the elder Dakich, but I do think this team will surprise some people and they deserve our support.

If he doesn't respond in the next ten minutes, put your email address down. I have an 11 am conference call and then I have to go.

I know this is out of place, but I couldn't start a new thread for this without risking a well deserved trip to Bolivia. Over many years and many trips to Ann Arbor, we have always driven up and back from Cincinnati the same day, or we stay in Maumee the night before or the night after the game (depending on whether a noon start or later start). Never stayed in AA on a game weekend. Son and I are spending next Friday night before the IU game in Ann Arbor and am thinking of dinner at either Ruth's Chris (sans discount, I know) or Weber's. I've been to Ruth's Chris here at home and really like it. Saw Weber's on Open Table. Would appreciate thoughts on Weber's. Thanks in advance.

I would have definitely tried Chop House, but it's booked up.
