Depending how much content you want, there's quite a few twitter feeds providing plenty of content.

@UMHoops - Dylan is compiling the top Michigan related items
@michigandailysports - They were averaging a tweet every 50 seconds or so earlier
@mikerothstein - AnnArbor.com's feed
@bigtenconf - BigTen Conference official feed

It's interesting that the media release a BigTen top 3 and Michigan isn't in it. MSU, Purdue, OSU. Coaches have us at 3rd.
