Basketball Friday night - Help please
My son and I are driving out from South Dakota for the football game on Saturday. We've decided to hit the basketball opener on Friday night just because we can.
My main question is about basketball tickets. Should we just walk up and buy them? Will there be people trying to sell them outside the arena? Should I just pick some up from Stubhub or buy some crappy seats off mgoblue.com?
I will take any additional wisdom on attending basketball games, but I'm mainly worried about tickets right now.

Which corner is the one where the banner is being raised, i.e. which corner should I avoid buying tickets in so that I don't see the back of the banner as it's being raised?

The banner will be going up in the 210-214 section areas. At least that is where the others are. Tickets will be a little tougher to come by because of this, but I am sure you will find some decent seats.

they search all the sites for you. They are raising the Final Four banner Friday, so tix are a bit harder to come by (good seats). Have fun! Go Blue!

Definitely get them beforehand if you really want to go. You may be able to get lucky before the game and get them cheaper than you would if you had bought them beforehand, but you also have a very serious possibility of not getting them at all.

Boy do I wish I was a landowner in certain parts of this state. Unfortunately the 1/4 acre my house is on doesn't have a great habitat.
