If they win the Big Ten tournament, which means beating Iowa today and Minnesota twice in a row. I think I read here the other day that we will not be getting an at-large bid. So, like hockey, it's championship or bust.
They announce tomorrow, but with an RPI just under 70 today, that's WAY small chance, like one in a couple trillion. Lots of bubble busters won conference championships compared to normal, at least 3-4. So no, not really.
Sambo - didn't this already happen YESTERDAY? Iowa beat Michigan in an epic comeback and then Minnesota beat Iowa.
OP - read the FAQ about subject headers for MGoBoard posts.
Title aside, the offical announcement does come tomorrow. Today, they announced the 16 regional hosts. Closest one to Michigan was the Louisville. Minnesota may have to travel a lot further than OU, the closest to them.
Fair point about the announcement, but Sambo's post (not the OP's) seems to have missed that the Tourney is already over.
Oops, my bad. I did miss the tournament was over. I don't really pay attention to baseball, and I guess I got screwed up between glancing at the front page and what day of the week it was (with the Monday holiday, Sunday feels like Saturday). My apologies.
