It seemed like the staff last year didn't make a good transition from the old style (with two 7-inning games). Good signs for the future? Ways to better handle the change in load in the Big Ten?
It would be really helpful to know EXACTLY what kind of offseason workouts they are doing. Heavy/Light Sprints/Distance? Not the generic stuff that's everywhere.
