For me at least, it's not so much that Barwis is necessarily superior to every other S&C coach out there in terms of method and results, it's the character and attitude that he brings that sets him apart.
I can't particularly blame you for this sentiment. Like it has been stated multiple times before...Barwis just levels the playing field with the best teams, maybe gives us a leg up...
But the elite teams have elite talent. And we need to collect and hone that talent.
When our practices are competitive and cutthroat as Florida's, Southern Cal's, Ohio State's, then we'll start going places.
