Did anyone catch this from the press conference?
About 36 min in Mike Martin is talking about working out with Coach Barwis, who's spotting for his group. I won't spoil it for you, but the Maize and Blue Hulk himself is impressed by the "Old Man".

He said something like they were spotting someone doing a squat of 500 pounds, and Barwis lifted it up quicker than Martin (who had just got done lifting) and did it with only one arm.

What I really like about it is Mike martin is grinning ear to ear as he offers up this story completely on his own.
They are talking about the weight room accident at USC, when Martin says that if he lost his grip on the bar that "Coach Barwis would probably be able to snatch it right out of the air before it fell".
Then he tells the story of 550lbs on a side bar that Barwis was able to lift up faster than Martin (one handed) and said "Old man's still got it".
