he graduated from Alabama (and I don't know his GPA, but I assume it's not a 4.0), dude could not get into grad school at Michigan.

It's a stupid policy that should be changed, but that's how it is.

FYI, about 15 years ago, OSU sent me a letter for a full scholarship to their Masters in Accounting Program. I never even expresse interest in accounting or OSU. They'll let anybody in, regardless of athletic ability.

If you don't know his GPA at Alabama, what do you base your statement that he could not get into grad school at UM?  Wishful thinking?

Kind of self deprecating when you say OSU offered you a schollie in a master's program yet you slam them for accepting anyone.  I'd like to think you must have had something on the ball.

This is pathetic. Our offensive coordinator who coached this kid for 3 years can't bring him in even with our lack of Oline. This program is in the dumps. Someone please convince me otherwise.

Remember when we landed all of these recruits and our O-Line was going to dominate?  I'll wait for another year to pass judgements I guess.

LOL! Will anything good ever happen to this program? And don't bring up recruiting rankings that don't ever translate here.

Some help would have been nice, especially at a position we have been weak at since Molk. I am hoping by fall camp Kugler has stepped up and will be a four year starter. Gotta go take my meds now...

the rumor was M admissions did not accept his transcript.

Also, Nuss needs to change his game, since Lindsey will sell him out to Urban.

These things start to happen when you have 15+ years of:

- Well, we went to a few Rose Bowls and almost WON one!  (but none of those against USC, not even close)

- WE BEAT URBZ AND TE-BOW IN THE CAPITAL ONE BOWL!!!

- SUGAR BOWL 2011!!!!

Throw in the usual crap from Lloyd (couldn't beat Tressel, couldn't beat a team playing West of the Mississippi, etc. etc.), the abomination that was Rich Rod, and the Deconstruction of Brady Hoke... well - it might be hard to get kids like Lindsay to come here.

Also, big 'tsk-tsk' to Brian for including him that ranking of M players.  That was very, very bad.

Serious question:

Let's say 15-20 years from now Ohio is just about ready to tie the series and then take the lead.  Choice - die prematurely while we're still ahead? Or live on to wear Oops I Crapped My Pants Depends and suffer that ultimate double-whammy shame.

Second string center, who cares. Chemistry and experience are important for a center. He has to read the defense and make the calls on the line. I'd rather have someone who's been around for more than a month doing this.

This may have been a repeated comment, but at Michigan, Lindsay would have to earn his starting spot.  Meyer may have just given the starting center position to him knowing that.
