The group who lays claim for all of Bama's success (SEC is awesome, have you seen all of our National Championships?) Is now saying Bama (Read the SEC somehow) is giving Harbaugh a taste of his own medicine.  Never mind it's SMSB which means Saban will get lost in the crowd of other A-list names.  SEC rules and will now teach Harbaugh a lesson on why he shouldn't fight for kids visibility.

Meh.  Ohio State already attends it, so Alabama is not going to all of a sudden "ruin" it for us.

However I will say one thing - If I am a top prospect in the midwest I am going to get my ass to that camp.

It's not just a midwest thing. Players from all over the country were already coming to SMSB. Here's a (partial) list of attendees, including guys from MD, DC, FL, CA, GA, TX, etc. It's a star-studded list of athletes, many of whom had or now have Michigan/big-time offers:

Michigan is lucky if it produces 5 good players in 5 years, and when it does they all go to OSU. So Bama would be better served looking for players in the south. If they insist on coming north they would do much better in Ohio, the football in Ohio is far better than Michigan. In both, the high school and obviously as we all can see college.

But, how will those SEC coaches handle the June blizzards we're likely to have? Do you think they'll bring their snow shoes and sleds and Huskies? I wonder if Saban has ever slept in an igloo or eaten whale blubber or made sweet love to an Inuit woman named Asi'avik???

Growing up my parents had a cottage in Canada on Lake Huron right outside of Sarnia in a little town called Brights Grove.  Brights Grove had a small marina off of Perch Creek with a breakwall that we used to fish off of.  One July day (this was probably around 1969, 1970) a car pulled up the bridge with Alabama plates and a ski rack full of skis and the driver stopped, rolled down his window and yelled to to us "Where's the snow?"

These idiots don't realize that he isn't even the first SEC coach to be at SMSB.

Les was there two years ago.

See.  This is why I see you as a gigantic douche.  You take joy and pleasure looking for ways to make snarky little juvenile comments toward WD,  Then you become the blog moderator that stands up for all visitors who troll just to comment on their favorite team.  Why don't you take a moment to therapeutically cleanse yourself of the jealousy that fuels your disdain for him.  Otherwise, just shut the hell up.

Jealousy? Are you serious? Care to expound on what exactly it is that you think I'm jealous of?

You are entitled to your opinion, as I am entitled to mine. Glad to see you're still nursing that grudge though. You and I (and everyone else in the thread you're referring to) both know there was no trolling involved. You were out of line.

This place is seriously going downhill. Not the front page content, but the message board in general. It used to have a higher level of discourse, now it's all about the lowest common denominator and RCMB level jackass comments. I guess that's progress these days. I expect better from a Michigan blog, and it used to be better.

I hate to think of the reaction if I really said what I was thinking, and didn't try to be somewhat diplomatic in my responses.

Oh, and if you don't see the irony in the comment I replied to... well, that would explain a lot.

The true irony is here you are once again expounding on the quality and integrity of the blog but you never provide any quality or substance in your comments.  You take subtle and not so subtle jabs at people's comments.  Likely because you have some level of insecurity.  That is usually at the core of internet douchery.  Or your comments are on the same level as "Yea, what he said."  I would say my comments are more of the latter as well, it is not an issue for me.  The issue is your douchery for the sake of douchery and then being the Integrity Superhero at other times.  You may not believe I understand your irony comment but, I do clearly see you are a hypoctrite.

And as you so eloquently added to the stream, Good Burn, Brah.
