Okay I flinched a little bit when the wolverine growled... I always forget how vicious they are since they are cute to look at.

He is on vacation out west right now...wouldn't doubt it.

is something I'd expect to come out of an animal ten times its size.

Pound for pound, baddest animal on the planet yo. It has quite the mean streak.

That growl could be used as a sound effect like PSU has the lion. Epic.

That would be kind of cool as long as they don't overdo it like Penn State does. Seriously I think 50 times a game is too much.

Wolverines need to become more ferocious next season!
Interesting that there are a few dozen wolverines in the Cascade Mountains of WA. Even some in the Sierra Nevada's across CA. Most are in AK with the 2nd largest population in the central Rocky Mountains across ID/MT/WY.
February 16th, 2015 at 2:04 AM ^
Yeah apparently they don't like to mate much, so their populations are just super low to begin with...
February 16th, 2015 at 1:35 PM ^
When you want to shred everything in sight, it's a little hard to find a mating partner.

I'm not sure I understand why that guy is not using a robot to open the cage from a remote location.

Don't you dare question the courage of 'ol "Lefty".

Just to gain a psychological advantage, we should try something similar before home games, releasing a wolverine right in front of the opposing bench, although instead of letting it loose we could release it into a cage that we are" fairly sure" is secure. Periodically, we can send someone over to check the locks and feign concern each time.

Have the P.A. announcer make periodic statements about extreme danger and safety........

solid evidence of a fledgling wolverine population in Oregon (Cascade Mountains ) as well.

I want to feed your fingertips to the wolverines. (SNL)
