I like when the bowls put a mid-major against a middle of the road major conference opponent.
I don't it sucks.
I love these individual bowl threads. But how would everyone feel about eliminating, in the headings, the corporate-sponsorship stuff?

We've been reveling in the fun of the more awkwardly long bowl names. Admittedly it was more fun when it was some smaller bowl with a 4 name sponsor no one has heard of than like, real companies.

Godfrey for C Florida, I'm not sure, but did we recruit briefly? I don't think we offered a scholly but the name is familiar
lists Godfrey as having a Michigan offer, along with some other pretty good offers. Not sure how many of those teams would have actually given him a chance to qb, due to his height, but he would have been a pretty good fit for our offense.
Wouldn't it be nice to have Josh Robinson from UCF, had a Michigan offer. Now the starting CB and PR for the Golden Knights... What might have been
The only reason I haven't changed the channel is because I like watching the SEC lose.
