Good read I found today. There is also supposed to be a follow up piece in the near future.

In 2018 we will have a junior Rashan Gary and a sophmore Aubrey Solomon in the middle of our defense. Let that sink in...

True but they will both have more experience in 2018 and that will most likely be the last year with both of them on the team at the same time.

In 2019 we will only have Aubrey Solomon on defense. 1 v 11 still wouldn't be fair.
In 2020 I will be 40, and will be wondering where the last 40 years of my life went.

Not so fast my friend, Rashan wil be too slow, too short, too weak, etc.
/just gettting ready

What about Bryan Mone, can't forget about him.

And probably Vilain on the back side, Dwumfour and Hudson at nose. Every freshman that got a bunch of experience last year will be a junior. If Wilt is still here, 2018 should be a very nice year for us.

With respect to Speight, I don't think him being here as a 5th year senior makes or breaks 2018.

Speight:
22 years old
3 years experience
2 years under Harbaugh
1 year starting
Peters:
19 years old
1 years experience
1 years under Harbaugh
0 years starting
.................
My point: Peters is not far from where Speight was at this time last year. If Peters has many more tools, I would hate to lower the ceiling for the next 2 years because of 1 year of experience.

That Florida game is the fly in the ointment of my plan. I want Speight starting then, but I would otherwise rather let Peters get the experience vs lighter competition. By Penn State he should be in the groove. Maybe.

...we have the best QB coach in Harbaugh. We have an insanely competitive coach in Harbaugh. We have a great evaluator of talent in Harbaugh. You really think he's going to play a quarterback he doesn't believe gives him the best chance of winning?

Yea but what else would we discuss then?
You have a point. This thread is saving us from a very spirited debate on various methods and means of kitchen counters and cabinetry.
Well, it is until about the middle of June, when we will dig up that thread and probe for any additional comments. I notice that we've not fully explored the marble angle, for example...
Was in Home Depot and I thought "weren't those guys talking about Quartz?"

This year we have a Senior Maurice Hurst, a sophomore Rashan Gary and a freshman Aubrey Solomon.
...let THAT sink in.
Hurst is unblockable and Gary coming off the edge. Mone plugging the middle and Solomon coming on to spare the two in the middle?
Game over.

He should not be conducting interviews.

Couldn't tell which was worse between the basketball dribbles and awkward interviewer

Aubrey was playing hoops with friends, and the interviewer is wearing Bad Idea Jeans...

They need to stop taking guys from ESPN.
