Atomic Dog Norfleet clip anyone?

Submitted by meechigan on

I'm not a big fan of the piped in music but I enjoyed Norfleet's atomic dog and was hoping he would get a touchdown return.  Alas it didn't happen but does anyone have a video of his pre-return dance?

Shut...what we like to call, the fuck. up.

Just because the team isn't good doesn't mean everyone should be miserable and never smile until we're good again.

No one is watching Michigan going "those guys suck, and they've got guys dancing!"

You act like we were down 3 touchdowns and he got a first down and then started dancing.

It was pre-punt return and kickoff...who gives a shit? Well, I guess you do. But you really should find something else to bitch about. This is Michigan football, there are plenty of legitimate things to complain about these days.

He also did the hand motion of temptation for the punts in the second half. He stood on the 50 and did the victors with the crowd during the time out, he pretended to be conducting the band, and he did the go blue cheer with everyone.
Everyone here is so high on the Michigan man shit, and out for Brady's head. Let's just enjoy a player who we supported have some fun with the fans.

Obviously MIssissippi can dance right now but if one of them loses, does dancing cease?

Alabama is usually good but lost this year. Can they dance?

Northwestern is bad but has looked better. Dance?

This is one of those situations where you bring up the "college kid" stuff.

Norfleet is a kid in college, they played the song his frat is known for...let him dance. Who cares, let him enjoy the moment. It has nothing to do with a record. He's a kid having fun.

Remember when you were in college? Didn't you have fun?

He didn't cost Michigan anything, he wasn't celebrating anything...he was just a college kid having fun.

Sometimes, we should just leave it at that.

I'll argue that the dancing is passion. I am sure all the players want to be out there. But you KNOW he wants to be out there and he finds this enjoyable. I loved every minute of it. If we had more players with that kind of passion, I would argue that the team would have a better record.

Actually, today Devin had some passion, Norfleet had some passion, and Frank Clark had one of the best games of his career.

being 2 -4.  His energy was about the change that appears to be taking place in the hearts of our beloved football players.  Now hopefully the heart change that appears to have raised the energy level will tranlate into being tough mentally?  That being tough mentally will result in knowing and being in the right places on the football field?  Being in the right places on the football field will hopefully translate into the immense abilities of our players showing they can be superior to other teams players?  With that in mind wins should follow with regularity!

That maybe that's his way of getting amped up for the game? That's his way to stay loose and ready for the next play? To stay focused? Everybody's different. He looks like the type of guy that plays better when he's engaged and having a little fun.

In summary, lighten up Francis.

He was absolutely jamming today. I feel like he genuinely appreciates the opportunity to just dance around and return kicks in front of 100k+, and he shows it. I love it.
