Article on Steve Fisher
Today, ESPN has an article on Steve Fisher. He is in the bright lights again, with San Diego State having a 21 - 1 record and #5 ranking, having lost only to Arizona.
Needless to say, part of the article looks back to Fisher's time at Michigan. There are those who completely reject Fisher and believe he was directly responsible for what happened with the Fab 5. I am not one of them. Read it, and form your own conclusions.

Fisher deserved to be fired but I liked him and still do.
It really irritates me that so many fans think not abiding by NCAA rules is this huge black mark on you as a person. It's indicative of a religious fervor over college athletics and gives undue respect to a shoddy organization that doesn't even know who they are.
