Article on Rudock - Transition to Michigan and Relationship with Harbaugh

Title thread basically sums it up, I enjoy reading anything I can about Michigan football. For those of us who have been semi-dissapointed with Rudock (I am one of those), I think we all just need to remember the unique situation he is in, as well as the dumpster fire our QB situation COULD be without him. It is also important to note that the gentleman leading our QBs is the best in the business and I have faith that through great coaching, Rudock will get this figured out!

He'll get better from week to week and the turnover issues will disappear. Everything is new. I admit that my patience had grown thin after the osu pick he threw but I had to come to the realization that Rudock never was a superstar QB to begin with and our QB situation being one of the most scrutinized last season had just left me frustrated to the point where the thought of a "5th yr senior who was 2nd in the conference in completion percentage and had started for the last two seasons at another B1G school"  almost sounded like "All-American QB"  to me.

If you keep feeding a hungry man bread crumbs, eventually a bologna sandwich will start to look like a steak.

That said, Rudock will be fine as will our offense. It's going to improve from week to week and eventually, he's going to start connecting on those deep passes. Our offensive line (the other unit that was under heavy scrutiny in seasons passed) has improved immensely just over the course of 2 weeks and almost looks completely different from last season. The MOMENT that Rudock shows consistency with connecting on the deep passes, we become a serious threat to any team we're up against because our ground game looks like it may shape up to be brutal. e're only headed into week 4 and at this point we only have 1 loss. If we beat BYU (and it's a more winnable game than some believe), Rudock and the rest of the team's confidence will be through the roof and by the time we get to Northwestern I believe we'll be ready for whoever.
