Not trying to beat a dead horse in ND but I was watching the game again last night and on the out of bounds play when he reached the endzone he shushed the crowd and it went unnoticed. Does it right as he reaches the dudes in the kilt like things. Hopefully the kid learned something by watching the M kids hand the ball to the ref and celebrate with their teammates.

It's come to the point that I would like to read more threads about [TEAM REDACTED] than yet another thread about the Irish. Maybe something about an article written by Matt Dorsey. (Who is that guy anyway?)
Agreed. I'm tired of ND posts. I thought MSU posts during the offseason were annoying, but people are taking this to another level.
Yes Please.
We are in the midst of a football season, lets try to come up with some original content.
I thought he got a taunting penalty for that? I might be wrong.
"he shushed the crowd and it went unnoticed."
Isn't that what he got an unsportsmanlike 15 yard penalty on the kickoff for? The refs certainly noticed it.
It was the touchdown that was overturned on replay. I noticed it as well. The one that was flagged was directed at the student section. This one was in the opposite endzone.
Different play. Other end of the stadium.
as bad as any other kids.

As others have pointed out - he got flagged 15 yards for that.
and it did end up hurting them quite badly.
Quite possibly, the refs saw it and mentioned it to him the first time...that's why there wasn't hesitation the throw the flag when he did it again.
That is a good thought.
He may have said more:
he didn't
Um, it's Eastern week.
First you say "Not trying to beat a dead horse" and then go proceed directly to beating a dead horse. Love it. Comedic genius.
