because Urban has shown an incredibly annoying ability to turn any of his guys into elite QBs. If all their QBs transferred at once, I'd still believe that they could start a walk-on QB in their first game of the season and he'd pass for 6 TDs. Plug n play down there

Agreed.  Although I'm sure they'd figure out a way to use him in some other capacity, if he left it wouldn't change their team a whole lot.  They have 2 QBs who might both be better than him (and who haven't had shoulder problems) and the best RB in the league (with a very good back up).

Seeing as OSU is going to face secondary violations for that picture he posted a couple weeks back, I could see this being real. I give it only 3 fakes out of 5.

Not sure if its real or not, but if Braxton wants to play QB anymore its not going to be at OSU. Honestly the job looks like its Cardale's to lose, especially with both him and Barrett still out recovering from injuries.

I'm sure Meyer would find ways to get him involved in the offense if he stayed, but there's just such a logjam ahead of Miller right now that I'd be shocked if he ever lined up under center for OSU again. My guess is he's gone after spring ball, either to Duke, FSU or Oregon.

I don't think it's Cardale's to lose, especially since that wasn't a bad injury to come back from.  Fractures heal much more quickly and cause fewer issues down the road compared to other injuries.  Cardale looked very good in the games he played, but JT Barrett played a whole season and was the Big Ten POY.  Playing 3 good games is not as good as playing 11 good games.

Yeah but the competition Cardale faced, not to mention the stakes with which he was playing, were much higher than anything Barrett faced.

You might be right, and honestly, OSU is in the extremely fortunate position of not being able to go wrong with whoever they choose. But my bet is they go with the hot hand.

That's why he should take this opportunity to switch positions.  He wasn't a great pro prospect to begin with, and now he has shoulder injury history.  If he wants to play on Sundays, he needs to move.  He's a big, athletic kid. He could be a very good RB/WR type.

Not transferring. Perhaps you linked on a slow news day to amuse the board? I hope so, because no one in their right mind could think this was happening.

I hope he stays. It's a good problem to have but I could see this disrupting the locker room a bit especially if Meyer made some empty promises .

Ohio Safety Congress & Expo at the Greater Columbus Convention Center

Is apparently a real thing...Poorly written post, but 4/5 for trolling their own fanbase.

Second line is "Let me start off with saying first of I, a man of great insignificance, have scored an exclusive interview."?

C'mon, you don't start off an April Fool's joke by reminding your audience of how improbable the background to your story actually is.

This was just poorly done.

From the article, it looks like a joke.

Either way I don't think it'd make much of a difference.  He's a considerably worse passer than the other two, so I don't see him winning his job back.
