Anzalone to ND
In what might have been one of the most awkward televised commitments... He puts on probably the weirdest looking and ugliest Notre Dame hat ever but struggles to keep it over his on-air headset and awkwardly figets with it as the announcer is engcouraging him and asking him questions. Given the OSU situation, I feel a little bad for the kid.
Would have rather seen him at PSU than ND, obviously.
never understand him. He has thought for several years that Michigan fans should fear Notre Dame, even as the Irish losses to the Wolverines keep piling up. Don't worry, I'm sure we'll probably just beat the them by 4 by scoring in the final minute again.
Anzalone on why he chose Notre Dame:

Apparently, he is planning on majoring in mixed metaphors. All kidding aside, he seems like a nice kid, good luck to him.

That announcement really was painful. Anzalone reaches up to put hat on his head, forgetting he has a head set on. As he reaches to take off the headset on, the interviewer says something like "puttin the hat on over the headset" as a commentary, when in fact Anzalone is about to put it under the headset. Anzalone takes this as the interviewer telling him to put it on over the headset and spends the rest of the interview trying to figure out how to pull it off to no avail. Eventually he ends up setting it on top and looking goofy so the interviewer basically makes fun of him for it and tells him he'll realize later on when he watches it that he shouldn't have done it. My conclusion: interviewer is a jerk.
That whoever takes over ND after BK can coach this kid up...

Wow. Go from a school in which some convicted pervert is hanging all over you during a visit to a school where a crazed coach will being turning shades of purple screaming at you when you bust an assignment. Alex, there are better ways to spend your life.
