I just read a "news" article that some people are reading the Bible to state that the world will end in May. So we only have to fret over CC threads until May. At least there's an end in sight, right?

Should be OT, otherwise I'd agree.
While we are all tempting fate by being irrelevant, I'm going to say that Office Space was not very clever or funny, and I don't understand why people like it and reference it so much. Also, Futurama and Family Guy haven't been nearly as good after being canceled.

Hmm...disagree a little bit.
I thought Office Space was funny. I really have no data to back it up, but I'm pretty sure that it was.
Also Family Guy has been as good as it was before being cancelled, except that it is just not as original anymore, and everyone's expectations were so high after it came back on.
Futurama...not so much.

It always behooves me to remember that there are a lot of "youngsters" on the Board that are in different situations than me. In my opinion, Office Space sums up life in the corporate world perfectly. Especially the scene where he takes the drill and knocks down part of his cubicle to get a window view. Classic!

I got busted by Korean customs trying to transport tequila into Korea. I got busted by American customs trying to transport various Korean liquors into America. I'm a shitty drug smuggler as it turns out.
My grandfather used to smuggle booze in from Canada (his house on Lake Erie has a bank vault in the basement for smuggled booze storage purposes) and make sure my hilarious failures where highlighted in an email to the entire family. My aunt now things I need to go into rehab.
