It is on ESPN3, and it doesn't look like one that's subject to blackout, so that's good news.

It's on ESPN & ESPN 3, sometimes they simulcast on local ABC stations, but I checked the west michigan area schedule for tomorrow, and there not showing any football until the 3pm tOSU - Illionis game.
you could always go here for a slighly less legal alternative. They will have a couple streams available by game time.

If you happen to be in Canada it will be on TSN2 HD.
