Anyone hear about RR getting served on a lawsuit during practice today?

I've been told that RR got slapped with service on a suit arising from a biz deal-gone-wrong in Virginia. Seems like a $4M deal went bad. Anybody else hear this? Do we need any new shit right now?!

Yeah its posted below... he guaranteed (like a co-sign) a loan for some developers in WVU and when they defaulted on the payback, now they are looking for him to pay it since he guaranteed it. Private business deal, though it shows that RR should check who he gets in to business with...has NOTHING to do with anything else....and wouldnt amount to anything normally.... but look for Rosendousharp to spin it in to a "big story" in the AM edition, which will get picked up and spun worldwide by everyone else.... The Witch Hunt is on and we have front row seats.

When I read this post, I honestly thought it was a joke about leaving West Virginia and the buyout fiasco... Is it sadder that this was my first thought, or that my first thought wasn't right?

Gone awry in this market? Up next: RR causes the financial collapse! No shit people are going to back out of a loan to do this.

As a commercial real estate professional myself, I would have to say that this development is no big deal. If I had a dollar for everyone person I knew (both personally and professionally) that defaulted/is in workout on a CRE loan, I would be a very rich man. From a business/personal perspective, if RR should be fine.
