Gus Johnson went to U of D Jesuit High School - not University of Detroit-Mercy (college). He graduated from Howard University.

he called out jim jackson on BTN when the wolverines played osu in basketball in AA and they introduced Hoke that night saying that he should get ready for his wolverines to come get osu this year. He loves him some Wolverines HA HA!!!! Go Blue... big win today over PSU.

I thought it was a friendly conversation and Jackson was trying to be professional and non-partisan. I think JJ is one of the best basketball guys announcing right now. Unlike the douche ESPN uses for football (Robert Smith), I think JJ is class and really is a fan of and represents the B10 well.

Gus Johnson is amaaaaaaaazing....seriously, the Kansas State - Xavier game from the 2010 NCAA Tourney was made 50x more awesome just because he was announcing it. Double overtime?! Sweet. Classic hardfought battle? Even better. GUS JOHNSON going nuts? I REFUSED to do my homework that night
