Any Live Feed links to the Michigan Michigan St Hockey matchup next weekend?

How am I suppose to watch the game here in Ohio then! B10 usually has this game televised on Saturday night and FSD usually has coverage between these two. Sadly the Pistons are better ratings wise it looks like. Anybody have any feeds.

sorry about the first post. hockey has me extremely irritated this year.

You gotta be chill bro

College hockey is college hockey. Especially given that neither team is exactly elite, it probably got bumped for the NBA or something

Comcast

The Friday game is on Comcast 900. That does me no good in Chicago, but I'm sure some of you have it.

College Hockey is not a

College Hockey is not a national sport.  The NCAA keeps trying to make it one (putting regionals outside the footprint, etc.), but it isn't, and never will be.

I remember a time when the Frozen Four wasn't even shown in its entirety live, much less the regionals.  Count your blessings and listen to WTKA online like the rest of us out-of-market people.  And on that note, before the internet, you couldn't even listen to WTKA broadcasts outside of about a five-mile radius of the A2 city limits because the signal was so weak after dark.

Get off my lawn.

That's great, but remember

That's great, but remember that I said college hockey, not hockey as a game.  You do realize that there are, what, two or three schools in America for whom college hockey actually  at least breaks even.  Hockey may be a national sport, but the collegiate game, like it or not, will always be a niche within the broader picture because it's just not going to expand much farther within American universities, regional in St. Louis or not.  It doesn't have the draw, nor the financial benefit, to get a real broadcast presence.  BTN won't even pay to put announcers in the building because it's cost prohibitive!

Compare it to baseball.  Baseball is a national sport, but college baseball isn't.  You don't see college baseball getting national television coverage (or, outside of the CWS, any real TV coverage at all), but that doesn't mean baseball isn't a nationally relevant game.

So the whole "volunteer at youth camps" and stuff is cool, but has about the relevance as the ratio of unicorns to leprauchans as far as comparisons go.

Both games are on Xfinity TV.

Both games are on Xfinity TV. Going to have to most likely miss the Saturday night game because I'm going to the football game Saturday.

This is the only good thing about having Comcast is that TV network.
