Florida commits with Michigan offers are...
RB Mike Blakely, WR Javares McRoy, LB Ryan Shazier, CB Valdez Showers, WR Ja'juan Story, and CB Nick Waisome.
Showers was the most interested. I don't really expect that this news will have much of an effect on these guys, especially if Dan Mullen or Charlie Strong is hired to replace Meyer.
We might have an outside shot at a guy like Waisome, but that's about it.

IMHE we have a better shot at winning some recruiting battles against the gators ( Timmy Jernigan, Ray Drew, Terry Bridgewater, Lamar Dowson) than swaying away some of their kids already commited...

I assume you mean Teddy Bridgewater and UF already has one of the top QB committed in Jeff Driskel. Look for Bridgewater to land at LSU or back at Miami once the coaching situation is settled.

Hopefully, the distraction of Dan Mullen being a coaching candidate or even Dan Mullen being named the UF coach in the weeks before the Gator Bowl can serve as a big enough distraction to get us a big win in the bowl game. I'm not talking about a 6 point win in a shootout, I'm talking a Denard goes insane, Kovacs plays like Polamalu and we win by 21. One can dream....
