Another old Wolverine signs with Lions
The Lions claimed Maurice Williams off waivers today to presumably fill the hole at right guard.

We can never draft these guys right out of college. We wait until they've been spit out by some other franchise. Maybe we'll learn our lesson with Brandon Graham. Probably not.
I wonder if Elvis Grbac is interested in a comeback. We can get him and Steve "I take pregame dumps in my pants" Everitt together again. And maybe Chris Calloway and Tripp Welborne will come out of retirement as well.

I can't remember where I read it or if a friend on those early 90's teams told me, but I believe that was something he continued to do pregame even when the Browns drafted him. I hope it wasn't a lie like the whole Kevin Costner-Cal Ripken Jr. rumor.

He's had to deal with enough already. I pray that he gets drafted by a monster 3-4 defense like Pitt or NE (yes I know they aren't really great defenses anymore).

I would rather see the Lions grab Suh than BG.

Most lions fans seem to think that they can potentially get Suh and with the next pick take BG. While I would certainly be happy for the Lions getting their Dline apparently in order, I couldn't wish that on BG. The lions routinely ruin players.
