Here's another beauty. In response to a question about Big Ten expansion; "Anybody that comes up with a plan that says Michigan shouldn't play Ohio State should be institutionalized. That's one I can probably carve out and say, 'that's a deal stopper.'" Man, I really like this guy.

The crazy think here is that you didn't want to eat it because you thought it tasted like cheese. If someone wanted me to eat something, the best thing they could say is "it tastes just like cheese." Man, I love cheese.

Saying something tastes like cheese is like saying something tastes like protein. From bree to roquefort...you've pretty much got the entire spectrum of human taste capabilities located in a wedge of delicious mold. That said, provided you like NY-style cheesecake, I'm your man. I dedicated about four years of my spare time to finding and perfecting a cheesecake recipe. I was making three or four a week and bringing them to work to get feedback from co-workers. Lemon zest is a key ingredient and you really, really need to let a cheesecake age for a day or two before you serve it. I still haven't made up my mind whether I prefer a graham craker/pecan crust or a shortbread crust. In the fall, I usually will make a full dinner for my co-workers and their spouses featuring pumpkin. Pumpkin soup...pumpkin risotto, pumpkin ravioli...followed by pumpkin cheesecake with a gingerbread crust. People who can't digest dairy products must've done something really awful to piss off the gods.

On the first night game at Michigan Stadium in 2011 against Notre Dame: " Well, change is good. Clearly there's a part of me that wanted to make a statement. The reality was, I did a little research. We had been on the road 33 times all the way back to 1944 and we're always the team on the road, and we're always the ones flying home at 3:30 in the morning. We're always the ones playing on prime-time national TV in front of hostile crowds, screaming at us, and thankfully we've done really well. We've won two-thirds of those games. But the reality is we've never had the opportunity to let somebody else feel what that's like. I like the idea that Notre Dame can come to Michigan Stadium and feel what that atmosphere is going to be like on national TV, prime-time. Let them fly home at 3:30 in the morning." Lots of possibilities, most everything is really good. I'm really not into two cheesecakes of the same kind, (unless its peach cheesecake, but definitely not sausage cheesecake). Some people are however. That's okay with me. To each his own.

Chocolate espresso cheesecake. Cook some raspberries with sugar and lemon juice until they start to break down. Strain the raspberry sauce to get the seeds out. Plate it by shaking powdered sugar and cocoa over your plate...followed by a wedge of the cheesecake...and the raspberries on the side. Unless your sin was giving your sister-in-law herpes, this will get you back into your wife's good graces.
