Annoying Posts you have seen this week
After last week's Indiana game I came to the realization that Michigan did not look good on defense at all and we could really struggle with MSU. 8 beers deep I began to rationalize and say it wouldn't be the end if we lost to State this week. Then, as I sobered up, began checking facebook updates of some spartan slappies, reading mgoblog posts about Jim Miller, listening to Valenti, etc. (I am a gluten for punishment), I realized we have to beat these d-bags and put them back where they belong. Hearing them so sure they will win, sure they will make it three straight, sure Denard can't do it against a "real" defense, sure they are a good team b/c they beat Wisconsin, sure we have played nobody gets me fired up. How about some facebook posts, blog posts or whatever that made you raise your eyebrows and say "wow, that person walks around!"
w/o further ado:
"I hate scUM. Basically, all University of Michigan fans. No, I loathe them. This week is war, and when we (MSU) wins the battle. I will not want to hear any excuses, just die."
"If I have pissed off any Michigan fans with any of my posts this past week. I would like to take this opportunity to say, I don't give a shit. I hate u of m and that will not change. I can honestly say that I don't care, win or lose. Tough shit wolverines."

Maybe it's because i'm an out of stater, but State...really... they've gotten way too much love (hate) on MGoBlog this last week. They are no more relevant than Wisconsin, or Penn State. I know M plays state this week, but seriously... State needs to dominate for at least a half decade to be relevant, IMO.

You are fortunate to be out of state. I think the big problem is that if we lose, we have to hear all that stuff from every single friend, relative, random stranger, etc. non stop for the next 364 days.

I hear ya, however do remember, they're just another big ten team that occasionally beats UofM (typically in controversial, or annoying ways) with an even more annoying fanbase. Screw them. We beat them twice in the big house this year.... It's on bitches.

They're much more relevant than the other teams you listed if you're instate. It's a pretty intense rivalry, YOU just don't hear about it because you don't know people who go to state.
When half of everyone you know goes (or went) to MSU, it makes the game against them a lot more important.

Very true; however let me rephrase... the TEAM (MSU football) is not more relevant in the college football landscape than Wisconsin, Penn State, Iowa etc. They're not on Michigan's level, it really is that simple. Rather than give MSU fans the time of day, I'd say ignoring them will piss them off even more.

Why do you waste your time listening to him again? My dial never goes onto that station when he or his other Spartan slappy Caputo are on. Doug K. is the only objective person on that station. Everyone else spits Sparty logic because they don't know any better.

Valenti actually ripped apart Miller and Henning. He called them idiots. He thinks the game is going to be close. Said 90% of UM grads are 'cool'.
He did spew some garbage about Walmart Wolverines, but I just muted it. I'm not really sure why I listen (I hate myself a little for it). Caputo sounds developmentally delayed and likely is. Doug K is less than objective, but really the only one on the UM side.
