AMERICA POS BANG THREAD
It's the 4th of July and this is America fergodsakes!
J. Leman wants you to support the stars and stripes
And America is never OT
EDIT: a neg? I see we have a communist amongst us.
a triple Herm post. Tremendous.
I think I just became a patriot...
God bless
For America to rise up and achieve great things.
Thanks Kate! That’s what I am fightin’ for!
Raising the flag...
...it's the best of both worlds, in a sense.
Have a most excellent Fourth of July, everyone!
Our day of independence does not celebrate storming a Jail, starting a civil war, or any act of violence. we honor a magnificent statement of human asperation. That's what separates us from the rest of the world. Well, that, and the fact that we are fucking awesome.
America, all others are second place or lower...
In the words of the great Kenny Powers, "I honestly just feel that America is the greatest country and all the other ones aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism."
I would like to thank our country's forefathers for creating a nation that allows me to sit on my butt and post on blogs for a good portion of every day.
It depresses me to know that I have to spend my Independence Day in China.
Damn commies.
I've never been to China, but hope to get there one day. Today, I'm driving my American made car across (part of) America with a cooler full of Koegel's hotdogs, and I'm happy as hell.
Car is a Nissan. I love her more than apple pie.
I doubt any of you will get indefinitely detained.
Come to America; get your dick sucked.
WELCOME TO EARF.
To the greatest country in the world. God Bless the USA!
Murrrica....fergodsakes!!!! Someone needs to post Hulk Hogan's "real American" theme....
Why?
Because FUCK YEAH. That's why.
Greatest blog in the greatest country in the world!
Pool, music, BBQ, friends, fireworks..."god bless America!!!"
...and a great sight it is too.
I actually was called in to work today because of last night's round of weather, but I'll find some time to grill and consume beer later, of course. For your further entertainment, here is the great (and British, but he played an American on TV) Hugh Laurie singing his tribute to America on "A Bit Of Fry And Laurie":
On my iPhone. This is one of my favorite pics of Amurrica!

And God bless America.
A big happy birthday to my American brothers from up here in Canada. Enjoy the celebrations, and have one for me!
And a belated Happy Dominion Day to yourselves. (Sorry, I just always liked it better than Canada Day.)
A couple of things America got right:
Cars, and Freedom.
That chase scene may have been the best ever! (Only one close was from The Seven-Ups. The scenes and chase car was driven by the same guy in both, so it’s understandable.)
...but boat-sized cars, like those in this commercial for Pontiac in 1969:
The cars part is debatable. The "kicking everyone's ass" part is not.
Happy 4th of July
Something I did last night!
Back to Back World War Champs.
Got a thirty rack of bud, a lake, a beautiful day, and about three hundred bucks of fireworks in the bed of my Chevy. Happy birthday, America, you sexy beast.
Watching team america. Drinking a Budweiser. In Washington dc. Lets go
Theodore Roosevelt on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN
"In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1907
