All the LOIs are in

Those predisposed to unnecessary panic can now ease up a bit.  It looks as if the only unknown at this point is Mr. Diamond.

EDIT: The Kozan rumors are still in the speculation stage, so I guess he is out there as well.  I had thought that the rumor was debunked, but apparently it has some legs.  Although, who knows...?

25, even 26 is slightly disappointing even though that's an incredible feat.

It's just that 1 month ago we were all wondering how we were going to get 32 prospects down to 28...now we're kind of trying to figure out what happened.

Nonetheless, after I hear Coach Hoke speak about all these guys at 2pm, I'll be over it and ready for TEAM 133!

Not synonymous, but not mutually exclusive either.  Before the season putting together a class like this one would have been hard to believe, thus making it "incredible."  Following the chatter last week, however, it appeared fairly likely that the class would end up being even more spectacular, leaving Mr. Yost "disappointed."

In general, though, I will agree that bitching about a top 5 class is pretty ridiculous.

People always get too carried away and assume every kid interested in Michigan will commit.  In reality, we get - what? - one commitment for every 3-4 offers we hand out?   Recruiting's a numbers game.  The biggest thing is to just get on as many kids' lists as possible.

There is not that much info on either of them.  Last I heard was that Dan Gibbs was deciding if he should come here or go to an ivy league school.  Honestly I wouldn't be shocked if he went there, but we will say.  Kozan is a wait and see game.

Not so fast my friend. Banking schollies isn't necessarily a bad thing, and nothing like being penalized. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if we take the full 28 we'd only have 18 or so scholarships next year. Attrition would obviously give us a few more, but how much is there going to be?

Diamond will be a great way to close out a great class of incoming kids.

Is there a disadvantage or advantage to signing after NSD? Just curious why a few recruits choose to do so.

LOL

"MSU is coming off an 11-2 season and a share of the Big Ten championship. That should allow the Spartans to be very selective about whom they offer. U-M is in a rebuilding stage and new coach Brady Hoke is being aggressive and stirring early interest." - Matt Dorsey, Spartanmag.com

....I wouldnt quite one-up a schooler to Sproles yet....    Sproles I always said was the closest thing I've seen to Barry since Barry. I said the closest, but still a mile away. Sproles is a total stud.  If he is in fact faster than Sproles, than my apologies...   but it is more than fair to limit it to saying "Norfleet is similar to Sproles".

makes me hope that Grandville High School, Rockford's biggest rival and school I graduated from last year, will start getting good again and have someone go to a big school like Michigan.

Cant wait to see everyone on the field next season!
