Proud owner of two new glasses to my collection.

1993 Rose Bowl shot-

And a 1981 Rose Bowl Champions glass. Bo's first Rose Bowl win.

Probably will use the 1993 once for a special night and then it will go up on the shelf in with the others. I have a 1947 Western Conference Champions/1948 Rose Bowl Champions/1947 National Champions pint glass actually.

Yes, I am underage. And yes, no shits are given.

First post on Mgoblog (I know, cool story bro).

However, I figured if anytime was a great opportunity to join in the chat that I've enjoyed reading for years, its the Friday drinking thread.

I've enjoyed reading your thoughts for years now and looking forward to adding my own now.

Bourbon in my glass tonight.  Why?  Cause it is great.

Go Blue this Saturday and Sunday!

Welcome!!!  I was drinking beer.  Then I got home and am still drinking beer.

My night is pretty much Michigan footballl.  Drink and have fun for a bit - get slapped in the face and realize your not getting anything - then go home and sip some more sweet alcohol, hoping you enjoy it without a terrible hangover but fully expecting pain in the near future.

Paired 2006 Domaine Rene Rostaing Les Lezardes Syrah (from France) with BBQ boneless pork ribs, acorn squash and roasted brussel Spouts.  For desert caramel cake wit chocolate frosting paired with Tall Grass Brewery(Manhattan, KS) Buffalo sweat vanilla bean stout. Very good wine and beer!

Bridgeport IPA from Portland, OR.  One of the finest of the NW IPAs and that saying something!  Usually I drink strictly Montana microbrews (we have a few amazing breweries); but I make an exception for Bridgeport IPA.
