Go here - http://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/michigan-state-texas-tech-threadpredictions Or just post here. I just can't believe the original one is about to be page 3 on MGoBoard with all these posts on a non-game Saturday, with these weak games today. And there's still on hour till kickoff! Guess you can post things too early, but then we had bowl game threads, Rose Bowl threads, and Sugar Bowl threads yesterday, so, whatever. Been a busy day for MGoBlog...

Anyone remember when it was the Builder's Square Alamo Bowl? That game against TAMU drove me nuts. We totally got jobbed in that one. Damn the Big XII.

Everyone is on texas tech. Line was tt -7.5 this morning. It close at -9.5....pretty one sided action today. Books are pulling for Sparty. And, I wont lie, i took the bait as well, buying up a half a point. I have MSU +10. I think they can stay within double digits. I just dont think the TT machine will be as sharp as it needs to be four four full quarters to cover as big chalk

They should just rematch that fraternity fight, only allowing the fraternity guys to choose five ringers from TTU. The first annual Dant-Alamo Brawl.....

I can hardly wait to see the slanted coverage on Leach that ESPN spits out. Also I find it interested that MSU players can beat the hell out of some kids, put some on the hospital and ESPN doesn't say a thing thing about it, but they're going to nail Leach to the wall with commentary during the game over a kid ending up in a dark shed.

i guess everything in the big10 is slow. "MSU's big, slow punter comes out for the punt. look how slow he is walking out there. on the other hand, texas tech's punter has got some real speed to him!"

Hopefully we get "Nick" and not "Taylor" this game. "Nick" is such a better quarterback. (Leach would call Potts "Nick" at practice. "Taylor" is the evil side of Potts. "Nick" is the competent passer.)

State's D looks like it has no clue how to handle a spread passing offense. Look how deep the safeties are and how spread out the LBs/CBs are. I hope Richrod is taking notes.

I'm hoping Adam James makes it on the field for one play. The crowd reaction could be priceless. He'd obviously get boo'd, but I wonder if anyone brought any tortillas to throw.

I think the Sparties would feel more comfortable in the ski-mask like hoodies that would be necessary if the game was in the cold. 7-0 Engineers.

TT's offense is fun to watch. I'd like to see us move a little more in that direction if Tate is going to continue to be the starter. I don't want to see Tate averaging 10 carries a game again next season.

Good luck to MSU's D-cordinator he's going to need it. Nebraska's D couldnt even stop them. Leach's offense is crazy! MSU better have a lot of shut down corners

I really wish I could root for the Big Ten here. I also really wish State wasn't full of criminals and didn't have a classless coach. Guns up and, uh, whatever else Texas Tech says.

I was Baron's student minister his last year in high school. GREAT kid. Very mature for his age and one of the most humble athletes I have met. Good to see him get the first score.

personally, I don't see I true apple to apple comparison. Baron is a good 20lbs bigger and plays a more rounded game. He catches the ball a lot more out of the backfield. Drake however has the chance to just flat out go every time he carries the ball. Both great in their own way but Batch a little more APB.

...if he would just use some of the obvious descriptions right in front of him like: "Caper sprints around the end like he just assaulted some innocent fraternity members." OR "The warden, I mean Coach Dantonio, may want to challenge the call on the field" OR peharps "Potts drops back....and hits Batch in the left flat on a jailbreak screen...and he picks up 8. You know, Bob, you would think the Spartans could have used a play like that before the game--ha ha ha ha "
