Weren't they cousins?
September 29th, 2012 at 4:23 PM ^
They were. They still are, but they were too.

September 29th, 2012 at 4:18 PM ^
Strange game. Offenses seem to be moving with ease up and down the field . . . and it's only 7 -3.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:20 PM ^
Braxton showing some inexperience with those reads
September 29th, 2012 at 4:21 PM ^
i don't see how Braxton Miller can keep this up all season. At some point i would think he would get banged up.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:22 PM ^
There are bad replay officials?
September 29th, 2012 at 4:22 PM ^
How is MSU not focusing on keeping contain? They're actively trying to lose it on every snap. Not a great day for Narduzzi.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:33 PM ^
and gone last year.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:23 PM ^
One thing I will give Miller....throws much better on the run than Denard does. Of course being 6'2 probably helps compared to 5'11.
Yes I know Russell Wilson was sub 6'...but being a baseball player helped him greatly.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:26 PM ^
He also has, you know, simple route packages to read. Definately a better decison maker under pressure, but we saw similar things out of Denard in 2010 with those spread offense route packages and quick throws.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:34 PM ^
I agree with you.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:28 PM ^
Russell Wilson was always the smartest guy on the field, he made a lot of smart plays with his quickness to open things up.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:23 PM ^
Oh shit....Gholston down. Hope the kids ok.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:30 PM ^
I don't. Fuck Gholston. Karma's a bitch you POS.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:33 PM ^
You are the worst person ever.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:38 PM ^
I agree with his Karma statement. Don't wish injury on the kid, but he does deserve some bad karma
September 29th, 2012 at 4:23 PM ^
looks like Gholston and Miller are both hurt.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:23 PM ^
Oh shit. I hope they're alright.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
Yikes. Hope everyone's ok.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
By his own teammate.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
September 29th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
Not good. Hope they're ok.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
Whew. Thank god he's moving. Probably got knocked out there for a second.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
tom gholston was knocked out. Might have a concussion.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:33 PM ^
Not according to MSU's trainers. Just had the wind knocked out of him, which is why he wasn't moving for 30 seconds while lying completely limp.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:25 PM ^
September 29th, 2012 at 4:25 PM ^
Wow. Can't believe he just got up like that. That looked awful.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:25 PM ^
September 29th, 2012 at 4:26 PM ^
God that HD ribbon they have on their stadium is like a damn jail cell keeping people confined in. All it displays is ads too.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:27 PM ^
It's horrible. Way too obtrusive.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:43 PM ^
their clever AD thinks it's a pretty good deal. He and Dantonio both pick up 40/40s and go to watch circular porn on it some nights, it is rumored, so. . . bonus situation all around. (See what I did there?)
EDIT: No, that's vicious flap-jaw nonsense.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:26 PM ^
I'm waiting for Musberger to call Devin Smith "Vincent Smith."
September 29th, 2012 at 4:27 PM ^
Not a good decision by Miller.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:27 PM ^
Wow...that was a Denard decision by Miller.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:29 PM ^
September 29th, 2012 at 4:35 PM ^
That's fine....a bad decision is a bad decision.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:27 PM ^
Speaking of terrible decision making...
Gotta say though, MSU has had a great pass D these last few years.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:28 PM ^
I thought Braxton was supposed to be a "better passing version of Denard"??
September 29th, 2012 at 4:29 PM ^
well to be fair he hasn't thrown back to back to back to back INTs.....yet
September 29th, 2012 at 4:32 PM ^
I've blocked that game from my memory and have no idea what you're talking about.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:32 PM ^
Alright. Not gonna lie...I'm starting to get worried about the Purdue game.
Edit: Just saw Marshall has 218 yards to Purdue's 250. Downgrade worry a little bit.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:34 PM ^
Eastern Kentucky, EMU, and now Marshall. They played ND tough, but so did UM. Purdue has a lot to prove.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:38 PM ^
Yeah, that murder's row of games makes me feel like Purdue is still quite beatable.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:41 PM ^
September 29th, 2012 at 4:32 PM ^
No one stays that motionless for that long when the wind is knocked out of them. That diagnosis is a load of bull. So much for protecting the players.
September 29th, 2012 at 4:34 PM ^
Yeah, can you even get the wind knocked out of you by getting blasted in the head? That sounds more like a terrifying head injury symptom.
