OSU is annnilating Rutgers. Anyone still think this is a litmus test for our chances.
I mean The Game is a rivalry game! Anything can happen right? RIGHT? guys..?
October 18th, 2014 at 4:53 PM ^
coach Brandon will come up with a brilliant game plan- he on it right now watching film with his assistant coaches
October 18th, 2014 at 4:49 PM ^
TD Indiana!
October 18th, 2014 at 4:49 PM ^
Meanwhile in Bloomington...
October 18th, 2014 at 4:49 PM ^
running wild, then Diamont slices in for the TD!
October 18th, 2014 at 4:49 PM ^
If we had a Minnesota level team we could pull the upset at MSU. But we don't. sad.
It's a shame Indiana has Russ Bellomy playing QB or this could have been an upset.

October 18th, 2014 at 4:49 PM ^
Add Indiana to the list of teams that could beat Michigan!

October 18th, 2014 at 4:50 PM ^
Lol nah they rather run I formation up the middle taking 30 seconds off the clock every play.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:51 PM ^
October 18th, 2014 at 4:49 PM ^
...and Connor Cook throws a dart right to Indiana's LB Scales and now the Hoosier's have somewhat short field even after a rather inane penalty. Of course, Tevin Coleman grills the defense and puts Indiana right in front from the original spot before the foul.
Wow. Diamont on the keeper and TD Hoosiers.
Can we try out this gameplan for ourselves maybe? Should we ask Kevin Wilson nicely?
October 18th, 2014 at 4:50 PM ^
Yeah I'm officially on the Kevin Wilson bandwagon. Give that man a phone call!
October 18th, 2014 at 4:53 PM ^
October 18th, 2014 at 4:57 PM ^
He's basically another RichRod. Fun offense and awful defense.
I want a coach who doesn't have a glaring weakness on one side of the ball.

OSU is killing. J.T has a QB rating of 238 - 9 of 11
Shows just how far we have fallen- thank you Brandon for your excellent choice of a no name mediocre Div 2 coach- you should be fired for this giant gamble by itself
October 18th, 2014 at 4:51 PM ^
MSU is not a top-10 team. They're going to get trashed by OSU.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:52 PM ^
After they trash us by taking out their rage of potentially losing to IU out on us...
October 18th, 2014 at 4:55 PM ^
Oh we're not beating them or anything. But this is the third week in a row they've looked like crap.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:51 PM ^
score again...
October 18th, 2014 at 4:52 PM ^
Tevin Coleman is the stuff of nightmares.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:52 PM ^
Hire Kevin Wilson?
October 18th, 2014 at 4:53 PM ^
So this is when Sparty either does what Sparty does, or has their Holy Buckeye moment.

MSU defense has taken a huge step back. The QB has thrown for 6 yards. You know the are running

October 18th, 2014 at 4:54 PM ^
17-14 Bruins...
I've got the game on mute, but it looks like it's been decent.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:55 PM ^
I just saw Alabama's QB run a successful read option for a TD. Alabama. Even the most pro-style, most heavily advantaged (through recruiting and roster culling) team has realized that using the QB as a runner can provide benefits, and that doing so is not an offense to their football tradition. Maybe Brandon can use his millions to buy his fellow Luddites who want to pretend that the sport has not advanced the past 20-40 years Edsels (the cars, not Randy) and Encyclopedia Britannicas.
October 18th, 2014 at 5:01 PM ^
And they've gone no huddle...and it's not the 2-minute drill.
Mind blowing.
October 18th, 2014 at 5:08 PM ^
October 18th, 2014 at 4:55 PM ^
Yep. There's the Indiana defense we know.

This the 3rd week in a row. This isn't just struggling. They just aren't as good as people thought they were. I think OSU rolls them.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:57 PM ^
they beat Illinois 42-3 last year. I still believe that we will lose, but its not a looking ahead thing. It a struggling against the spread type of thing
October 18th, 2014 at 4:58 PM ^
What's their excuse for last week - and the week before?
They're not that good.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:55 PM ^
IU beating MSU would be awesome.
TD for MSU. SO NEVER MIND
October 18th, 2014 at 4:56 PM ^
I'm not watching, but they just showed the highlights during the Bama game. SEC fans are all laughing with us.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:56 PM ^
Well that didn't take long.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:56 PM ^
October 18th, 2014 at 4:56 PM ^
Indiana poked the bear...
October 18th, 2014 at 4:56 PM ^
Sparty would be 5th in the SEC West but due to competitive level could win the Big 10.
October 18th, 2014 at 4:59 PM ^
If you put them in the Big12 they would lost at least 3 games in conference. Even if they do stumble into the playoff like ND against Alabama they would be blown of the field.
October 18th, 2014 at 5:03 PM ^
Agreed. Their defense is a step back from last year for sure. They will get punished by any team with a real QB but aside from OSU there is not really one on the schedule. Teams like Wisconsin Minnesota and Nebraska in the Big 10 championship game are made for MSU to stop.
What has been shocking to me is their run defense. They stack the box to eradicate the run and it worked great vs Nebraska but Indiana with its 1 dimension is running on them.
As for Cook dude has been sacked 4 times all year. When they play a defense that actually can pressure Cook he throws a lot of dumb passes. In 1.5 years Ive seen so many dropped INTs by him
They may get into the playoffs due to doofus nature of the league but they have a look of that ND 2012 team that will get sand blasted by a real opponent.

OSU is once again the best team in the Big 10. Any arguments to the contrary?
