Afternoon Game Thread

Well the noon games turned out to be dogs - congrats to Miss State and whatever that team is called down south.  The "best" game was Florida v Tenn...10-9. Boo.

I'll be peaking in on NC State to see if they can stay within 10 of Clemson on the road - could be a sleeper coaching candidate there.  Oklahoma could be on upset alert.  Bama, ND, and Wiscy should all be interesting ones.

Ok lets try again

  • Alabama at Ole Miss, CBS, 3:30
  • Baylor at Texas, ABC, 3:30
  • Navy at Air Force, CBS Sports Net, 3:30
  • North Carolina State at Clemson, ESPNU, 3:30
  • Oklahoma at TCU, Fox, 3:30
  • Stanford at Notre Dame, NBC, 3:30
  • Wisconsin at Northwestern, ESPN2, 3:30
  • Kansas at West Virginia, FSN, 4
  • Oregon State at Colorado, Pac-12, 4
  • Vanderbilt at Georgia, SEC, 4

Have to give Charlie Strong credit for that Texas defense.  Held Baylor to 7 pts in a half.  Offense is a train wreck but I am very interested to see what he builds there in 2 years.

I know the FSU offense doesn't look great, but they have allowed 27 yards against Power 5 team and the game is in the 3rd qtr.  That's impressive.

Miami (NTM) is driving on UMass. Down 41-28 with under 10 to play. Could be MU's first win since 2012, the first win by any of the teams Michigan has beaten over an FBS team.
