I don't see a thread, so I figured I would start one. It doesn't seem possible, but other football games are still happening today.
in town for free camps
Minnesota is beating Iowa at the half, 20-17.
but they just announced Wisconsin got their 5th take away and it can't be the 2nd half yet
But I'm in France and need to soak up the American TV when I have a reason to watch it.
And, yeah, Wisconsin-NW is ugly.
Iowa sure is fading late in the season. Loss to Northwestern and now this.
FSU is handing it to the gators right now. I love a stressed out Urban Meyer.
It's now 49-17 at halftime. The commentators are alternating between delight at the number of points they've scored and sympathy for Dan Persa's unfortunate injury last week.
Will meathead put up 83?
He looked like he wanted the century at the halftime interview. He seemed a little miffed at not being on pace for it.
Monte Ball just scored his fourth touchdown of the game (17th on the season) with 10 minutes left in the third quarter. Jesus.
63-17 now. Sheesh.
Nice toss by Watkins. Unfortunate blocked extra point.
So if Wiscy put up 83 on Indiana, and has 70 against Northwestern through 3 quarters, maybe they just do have a really good offense...
our defense is rock solid we kept them under 50
Shit yeah, we're definitely better than Northwestern, Indiana, and Austin Peay. Michigan definitely let up fewer points than those teams to Wisconsin.
Seriously, Wisconsin's a chain saw right now. I'm really impressed with them and sincerely hope that all of there lineman follow Tolzien somewhere other than Madison next season.
This might have been their best shot for a National Championship birth ever, and they blew it vs. Sparty?!?
Good gravy, that Ball kid from Wisconsin is putting up Dee Hart-ian numbers the last few games. I guess Wisky wants to cement that higher BCS rank to secure the Rose Bowl...
Holy crap Mallett has an arm. Some NFL team is going to give him a metric shit-ton of money and he'll never play because he's not accurate enough.
He and Jake Locker can go 1-2 in what would be Kiper's wet dream, and then they'll both inevitably flame out as all Kiper-loved players do
At least we're not:
-Iowa: what a disappointing season this had to have been for them. Weren't they just the "best three-loss team" last week? You lose to Minnesota this year, you're not the "best" anything
-Texas: at least we're going to a bowl
-Florida: I don't know what their expectations were, but 7-5 probably looks like football armageddon to them lately
Did anyone go a weaker 11-1 than State?
Factor in no OSU and that looks pretty weak. I'm too lazy to look up the other 0- and 1-loss teams, but wow
NCST was just swindled by a HORRIBLE spot.
ESPNU just zoomed in on the quarterback to totally miss a supposedly spectacular catch in the Mississippi State game. Just stayed on the QB through the 30 yard flight of the ball, the catch, and the 15-20 yard run into the end zone.
Worst non-transition ever.
Stanford 24 Oregon State 0 with 1:38 in before halftime
If Mustain had never transferred to USC, we probably would have kept Mallett...funny how things turn out.
Georgia bulldog falling asleep sitting up in his doghouse. I hate myself for thinking "Aw"
